In order to complete the provision of the service, you consent to the disclosure of your
necessary information to the respective courier company (name, address, telephone), in order
to complete the delivery.
In case the delivery information entered in the form is not correct, www.acheloos.gr does not
bear any responsibility for non-delivery.
Countries where orders are shipped
www.acheloos.gr delivers its goods all over Greece and the world.
Shipping methods
GREECE – Orders are shipped within Greece with the cooperating courier company SPEEDEX
CYPRUS – Orders are shipped to Cyprus with the cooperating courier company SPEEDEX, as
well as by transport if the volume of the package is large.
ABROAD – Shipments of orders outside Greece and Cyprus are made with the cooperating
courier company DHL.
Cost of transportation
The shipping charge depends on the weight of each product, for this reason each product states
on its page the exact weight. The charge is € 3.50 for shipments up to 2 kilos and from there on
the charge is 1 euro for each additional kilo. For remote or inaccessible areas you will calculate
an extra charge of 3 Euros.

www.acheloos.gr is not responsible for any additional charges related to customs clearance
costs that the customer must pay in full.
www.acheloos.gr does not control these charges and is not able to budget their amount as they
vary from country to country. Contact your local customs for more information.
Delivery time of the order
Orders are shipped daily except weekends, holidays and general strikes.
Delivery of the goods will be made within 2 to 5 working days from the day of our receipt of the
order, except in cases of non-availability of goods.
Deliveries are made during the delivery hours of the cooperating courier companies in Greece
and abroad.
Our company makes every effort for the timely and proper delivery of orders placed through
www.acheloos.gr, however we maintain the reservation that the delivery of your order may be
delayed in case, indicatively mentioned,
a) the product was found to be defective during the quality control and a replacement product
must be found; (b) there is a force majeure event, such as extreme weather events, strikes, or
any other event outside our sphere of influence and control which may affect the transport and
delivery of your order, (c) there is a lack of sufficient stock.
