Fir Honey Highlights

It is collected from the fir forests of Greece in Peloponnese at an altitude of 1000 meters. It is a thick and special honey. It is rich in minerals and trace elements. It is of high nutritional value and low in sugar. It is anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antibacterial.

Its color is reddish and does not crystallize. Recommended for athletes.
